Rental Terms and Conditions
General Terms of ServicesBNRV deems all guests from its all networks agree with below all terms and conditions though guests do not fill the Reservation Form completely. BNRV is not responsible with any objection to this terms and conditions.
BNRV Liability
BNRV is agent which works between its guests and all villas listed.
Guests have an absolute right to choose any villa where they want to stay; BNRV will carefully answer every question related with real condition of the villa required.
BNRV confirms a booking based on the availability of the villa and is only responsible with the confirmed reservation. All other activities done in the villa which are not booked through and confirmed by BNRV are out of BNRV's responsibility.
All problems happen in the villa firstly must be solved by guests with the owner or the management of the villa. BNRV will carefully assist its guests and partners (villa) to get the best and fair solution for all parts.
BNRV is not responsible with any insurance.
Maximum Occupancy
Each villa accommodates a certain maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions (normally two persons in one bedroom).
Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded, unless has been authorized by BNRV.
Should guests need any additional bed, the such request must be informed prior to confirming the reservation. Price for additional bed is various based on policy of the villa.
Minimum of Staying
Each villa has a different minimum of staying policy based on the season (Low or High or Peak season). This important rule will be informed to the guest if the inquiry does not meet villa's standard. This such information can also be seen at the webpage of each villa.
Legality Registration
In accordance with the Law of Indonesia all guests must be registered at the authorities (Police Department) within 24 hours of arrival at the destination.
A photocopy of each guest's passport must be delivered to the staff of the villa upon of shortly after arrival at the villa. However, if there is no copy of the passport yet, guests must deliver passport of each person to the staff to have them make the copies.
The cost of the registration is at guests account; the amount depends on area where the villa is located.
Telephone Use at Villa
Each villa has different policy for telephone. Some villas will permit to use its telephone (no charge) for local calls. Some villas will provide a handphone but calling-card voucher must be at guests account. Some villas will need US$ 500.- upfront deposit for telephone using.
BNRV is not responsible with this matter. However if a villa does not provide the facility, BNRV will assist its guests to get the best.
Rates and Seasons
-Rates are quoted in United States dollars (US$)
-Rates of villas are categorized in "High", "Peak" and "Low" seasons, which are clearly stated in each webpage.
-Each villa has different dates for each season.
Payment System
As agent, BNRV follows Terms of Payment issued by each villa. Such terms is to secure occupancy of the villa.
To secure the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the villa rental amount must be received by BNRV within seven (7) consecutive days after a confirmation has been given/stated.
Balance of Payment is required 45 days prior to arrival dates (60 days for August and Christmas bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee the reservation.

Transfer must be done in full amount. All bank transfer fee including fee for intermediary banks are guest account. BNRV must receive NETT as stated on the invoice.
A transfer is not acceptable if the amount recorded is less than what stated at the invoice.
Payment Through Credit Cards We accept: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, and BCA Card.
The payment will be done through Sign On File (SOF) method. Guest have to fill our "Credit Card Authorization" form (hand writing).
Invoice must be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by law with recent domestic exchange rate (of the day) and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar.
The bank will definitely deduct 3.5% from the total charged. To ensure BNRV will receive nett, a 3.5% bank fee will be added to your bill.
To get an authorization code, BNRV must receive Credit Card Authorization Letter, along with copy of the credit card (both sides), and copy of card holder's passport.
BNRV keeps the documents as a top secret. All docs will be delivered to agent of the card, either in Denpasar or Jakarta.
Changes Of Reservation
US$ 50.00 administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa reservation, which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.
Terms of Cancellation
All deposit payments are non-refundable.
Each villa has different terms of cancellation. For some villas, balance payment is non refundable. However some villas will refund balance payment which has been paid less one night at confirmed rate if guests cancel the reservation at least 30 nights prior to the arrival. Cost of refunding shall be borne to guests' own account.
BNRV will assist its guests to get their best.
BNRV must receive notice of cancellation in writing.
BNRV is not responsible if guests cancel their reservation upon arrival or just refuse to stay at the confirmed and fully paid villa with any reason. BNRV is pleased to assist to find other accommodation, however all payments for the new found and confirmed villa is at guests' own account.
BNRV is not responsible if guests shorten their holiday period with any reason prior to arrival date or upon arrival or within the holiday period and will not refund the rest of the payment.
Flight Information
Name of each guest should be submitted to the BNRV office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.
BNRV is not responsible for all ticket.
Airport Transfers
BNRV provides a complimentary airport transfers (1 x In and 1 x Out) for all villas located in Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Jimbaran, Canggu, Tanah Lot, and Ubud. Transfer is done with air-conditioned van, professional driver, and a reliable staff.
BNRV will provide a luggage car if total number of guests on an arrival flight is 5 persons.
Car And Driver
BNRV has a limited number of cars and drivers. Should guests need car and driver, the booking must be confirmed prior to the arrival date.
BNRV's drivers work for 8 hours per day following the Indonesian labour law. Any additional use is charged at Rp 25,000.-/hour.
BNRV's cars are normal standard car used for tourism in Bali (Toyota Kijang, or Suzuki APV or Isuzu ELF). BNRV is not responsible with any baby seat request. Guests must prepare this special seat for their babies.
Should guests need a better or more luxurious car, BNRV must receive a written request prior to the arrival date.
